The best bank for European expats

Metro Bank was the only bank that made it possible for me to open an account when I first moved to the UK. They took the time to understand that I was not able to provide utility bills as proof of residence in my first month of residence and allowed me to provide alternative documents. They were the only bank with this level of flexibility. Additionally, it is great that there is no fees for card purchases in Europe a I frequently travel. Always there to help

I have to say that metro bank for me is the best bank the staff is always polite and helpful. My experience with metro bank is excellent because they are 24/7 open and if you have trouble with you card or has been stolen/ broken or lost they give you a new bank card straight away at the bank. Great service with instant resolution
