Amazing bank

Metro is an amazing bank because it deals with people like people and not numbers like many other high street banks do. This is a refreshing change to the stuffy old fashioned banks we are used to. Never had a problem with this bank. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Love the flexibility of this bank. Damaged or lost your card and you just walk in branch and get it reprinted. No sweat! Got a whole pot of loose change? Take it in store and pour into their money sorter, tap your card and its in your bank in minutes. Always super friendly. No complaints whatsoever! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Its very helpful that you can go into the bank and speak to a person for advice or to get something done whenever you are nearby. Also new cards are printed while you are there, much more efficient for the user. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

The best bank for European expats

Metro Bank was the only bank that made it possible for me to open an account when I first moved to the UK. They took the time to understand that I was not able to provide utility bills as proof of residence in my first month of residence and allowed me to provide alternative documents. They were the only bank with this level of flexibility. Additionally, it is great that there is no fees for card purchases in Europe a I frequently travel. I have to say that metro bank for me is the best bank the staff is always polite and helpful. My experience with metro bank is excellent because they are 24/7 open and if you have trouble with you card or has been stolen/ broken or lost they give you a new bank card straight away at the bank. I would 100% recommend metro bank to my family and friends. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
