Switch easy

I recently switched banks to Metro bank from HSBC, which was made so easily by answering simple questions in branch and completed within the hour by friendly and experienced staff and received my card on the day, chequebook within the week and operation within 10 days. I’ve been with metro bank for a while now they are great with dealing with any problems, never have to wait too long to speak to someone and they always get straight to the problem when I ring them up. unbeatable service

Metro banks hiring selection is very diverse! I love that about going in store. The level of service I have received every time has been impeccable. The last time I needed assistance was less than a week ago as I forgot my online password! The agent on the phone was so lovely and warm! Customer satisfaction
