I made a good choice using MetroBank

I opened the account to handle (manage) a sum of money separately from my personal accounts with a competitive bank. Setting it up in our local branch was easy to do, even though it took well over an hour to get through their processes. The lady who attended to me was clearly well trained, spoke English very well (she was Eastern European), was polite and engaging. This was well over a year ago. All Metro Bank systems have worked very well for me, fund transfers being the main ones. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Change of name...

I needed to revert back to my maiden name. My I.d was checked, and my new bank card was printed and presented on the same visit. This is a service, not any other bank has. I would recommend everyone to have an account with them. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
