Metro Bank is amazing

I've been with a few different banks in my time, and I can say with complete confidence that Metro Bank (in my expert opinion as a customer) is the best of them. It's holistic and person centred approach to banking is rare and unheard of. And it works! People care about banks being open early and closing late; even on a Sunday!! People care about getting a debit card printed on the same day if it gets lost. People care about these things. And they do make a huge difference. Metro Bank has revolutionised banking! No hassle no frills banking

Had no issues with my current account. Online access easy to use and set up. The branch has always been helpful. I am currently unable to link my accounts as metro does not yet offer this facility and branches are few and far between. But overall I’m happy enough Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Best bank ever!

I opened a MetroBank account almost by chance to satisfy a specific need, that was over 2 years ago and I've not looked back since. As my own bank closed all its branches in the area, it has been invaluable for the occasions when you need to pay cash in or dispose of old notes or whatever. Rarely any significant queue and really nice cashiers, compared to my old bank where you could guarantee both a significant queue and a snooty clerk! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
