Pleasant banking experience

Simple one of if not the greatest Banks in the UK, the banks are always super welcoming, the colleagues are always on hand should you need any assistance. In the modern era of banking I love that I can bank both face to face & digitally. Can you get a replacement card within 5-10 minutes printed in the bank which is a life saver. The Best Of Both Worlds

Great customer service

I’ve held a current account with Metro for over six years now. Anytime I have an issue, their customer reps are quick to remedy it. I’ve lived in two locations during this time, and both were at least a 20-minute drive to the nearest branch. Last time I needed in-person customer assistance, the young man helping me kept at it fifteen minutes past close to finally get the issue resolved, despite his and his neighbours keyboards refusing to work for parts of our meeting. Wonderful Service and Staff

Ethical, friendly Service!

I love that - because Metro Bank doesn't have an investment banking branch - it by default has one of the best ethical ratings of any high street bank. I also love the quick friendly and attentive service in their branches. Some find the interiors of Metro Bank branches kitsch and casino-like, but I like them!
