Great bank, spot on customer service

I probably don't use all the features, but find metro a fantastic and simple to use bank. I like that you can get a new card in store and that the shops are open 7 days a week. All in all very happy. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

Fantastic, would never switch!

I moved to the UK 6 years ago from Canada and Metrobank was the only bank that would allow me to open an account. Ever since then they have been nothing but helpful. I have never waited over five minutes on hold when calling, everyone is kind and caring, I feel like I am being treated like a valued customer and not just a number. The opening and closing times are fantastic, it makes life much easier when I go in and even my dog gets a treat and water! The app is so simple and effective to use unlike other apps I have used in the past. I would never switch banks and am a happy and loyal customer! Reviewed on: 12th April 2023

Banking made simple

Metro have made my life so much easier since transferring to them a few years ago. Their branches are open longer hours than other banks. New cards can be issued immediately in store. There is no jargon other nonsense to stop keeping my money easily accessible. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Great bank with outstanding customer service!
