New approach to a banking system

Great bank, been with over 10 years, great staff, always stylish interiors and highest quality services. Setting highest standards and a great example for other banks. Thank you! Leak of professionalism

Very rude the Metro Bank workers. It’s nearly half a year since I ask them to stop the acces of people who still money from my account, but they just ignoring me and don’t do anything to sort out the problem. At the end just keep delaying and lies. What is so bad is the fact that after I ask them to block the fraud and give me a new card, they passed the new card details to the guys that ripping my account... Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021

A Bank that I'd recommend to anyone!

Metro Banks seems to always do everything right! It is such an easy and unique bank to use. The online banking app is modern and works well with no Issues, and whenever you visist the bank the atmosphere is nice and the people are friendly. An excellent and highly recommended bank!
