Excellent Customer Service

My daughter always look forward to going to Metro Bank every month to deposit her savings because the staff members are very welcoming and helpful. On top of that she gets to win a price anytime she saves. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Better savings rate

During the pandemic, savings attracted very little interest. Metro's instant access account, was always just above the rest. The account is easily managed within the app. moving money in and out of the account is completed within seconds. Knowing that I can build my savings over time without a 'lock on the door' in times of cost of living crisis, and yet still a better rate of interest than other banks. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Perfect for young people

I’ve had a metro account since I was 13, I am now 19. I am a university student so saving money matters to me. The ability to access this money instantly if needs be is so ideal for todays money crisis. It’s easy to transfer between accounts and the interest rates every month is just another bonus.
