Great banking, both in terms of the app and the bank...

Great banking, both in terms of the app and the banking itself. The FreeAgent software is one of the best around and rivals much costlier options. It’s been easy to operate my banking and eg change my business name on the account as my business grew. The scam reminders are also reassuring. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

I recently started using Mettle Bank, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the ease of use and functionality of their app. From the moment I logged in, the interface was intuitive and straightforward, making managing my finances a breeze. The app’s design is clean, and navigating between features like transactions, payments, and account management is seamless. I especially love how quickly I can transfer money and check my balance on the go. Mettle Bank has really thought about user experience, and it shows in every detail. Fantastic business banking app

Mettle is a fantastic business banking app which is easy to use, intuitive and efficient. One of its standout features is the inclusion of FreeAgent accounting software, which is a great bonus for managing finances. Customer service is excellent, with quick responses through the app and helpful support whenever needed. The only area for improvement would be adding international transactions, but overall, I’m very pleased with the service. Highly recommended for small businesses and freelancers. My experience of using Mettle

I have been using Mettle for a few years now, since I started my own business. I feel that it is a really good account , that caters for my needs of having Dyspraxia, Dyslexia and Autism, I am able to navigate the app well as using the web to access my account. I find the putting my Monet through the post office using the bar code that the app creates very helpful and the use of free-agent through mettle helps me to fill out my tax return. I like all the features on the app and on the web, And most of all the Mettle team are always there to give me guidance and support when I have any queries, I don't have to wait long to get a response from the online facilities.
