Block my account not knowing for how long

Hello, I have had 3 years this account and I was super happy. But changed my phoned and got blocked. I would only like to understand the time frame for how long i wont access my account as my everyday life depends on those funds. They say temporarily but how long is temporarily? I have read the term and conditions and they say why it might have happen, but no answer on how long, nor an explanation of the process is going and when would be back to normal. If this will take weeks !!! I need to find a solution! as I would need to soon buy food in the supermarket, for instance, and if I do not have access how would i do it? I also have seen that the messages that Monese is answering in these reviews are actually the same answers giving by mail. So thank you Monese but I do not need to read again the reasons why, nor the support mail they are not answering emails. Would be great if they could just give more of information and framework to the people who hold the account, as we are trusting the bank with the money we earn through our own labor and effort. If we cannot access to our own financial support, the stress is immense. Blocking as a support system for security I understand, but no communication on how long it will take and the route of work, I am sorry, I cannot. Reviewed on: 17th August 2021

My universal credit got stuck in this stupid account. You guys have stolen money from me and my 2 year old daughter. And I don’t want to see any fucking reply back from the team about please wait for us to respond. BECAUSE YOU DONT RESPOND AT ALL. so I’ve copied my local mp and the Onbusmen team into a complaint email. And hopefully they can sort it out. This isn’t acceptable and I promise you I’m going to reply a complaint Email every single day until I get my money back you dirty thieves. I hope someone sues this dirty company. All I did was change my phone then my account was blocked! No telephone number to be able to talk to someone just emails which say wait for contact from our compliance team! Not heard a word from the compliance team tried Facebook Twitter to no avail so I will be reporting Monese to the financial ombudsman this is not a way to run an online bank total scam! Stay away complete scam

Monese froze my account last December and after numerous complaints and numerous emails back and forth they refuse to respond to I still have no access to my money and still can’t get through to this scam of a bank - have complained every possible way … NEXT STEP I WILL BE GETTING LAWYERS INVOLVED AS THE DAMAGE THEY HAVE CAUSED HAS MADE ME HOMELESS IN A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC AND LEFT ME PENNILESS. I got your response saying there is a reason why an account is blocked, I have read it millions of time I have not see anything that I have done out of it, and u have been quiet for ever on it, it is a month now that my account has been blocked without any word or response, I am already writing to FSA on this, because this is hurting and I don't know how a financial company can be so wicked blocking people account anyhow. Other standard banks are there, they never do such a thing, every where people talk wrong about monese, please release my account as I don't have any mail from you on what to do or what to expect, have sent mails millions of times, no response, please release my account. They block access to app/account without any reasons and explanations. Since 3 weeks no response from this fintech. Account blocked no email and no customer service

Say away at all costs they block accounts for you just getting a new phone. there no costumer service They give you the wrong information on how to solve a problem if you even contact them. like in my case they told me to uninstall the app as it was not letting log in then it blocks the account and takes them forever or if at all to fix it. IT NOT THE BLOCKING OF THE ACCOUNT THAT BOTHERS ME ITS THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TAKES THEM TO FIX IT AND THAT THERE'S NO COSTUMER SERVICE And they do not respond to resolver which is run by the financial conduct authority in the UK so even though it says on their website that they're follow the policies of the financial conduct authority they don't Reviewed on: 18th July 2021
