Great experience

On my second mortgage with Monmouthshire Building Society now and on both occasions its been a pleasure to deal with them even with different advisors. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

Additional Mortgage

The mortgage advisor Michelle Groves was very good and efficient. We had to wait a few weeks before she could hold the meeting with us. However she had done a very good job in getting all the information and documentation needed prior to the meeting, So we received our mortgage offer within two weeks of the meeting which was excellent. Re-mortgage due to fixed term ending.

Recently re-mortgage due to fixed term ending and requested an advisor for advice. Anita Morgan was assigned, and I couldn't have asked for a better advisor. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient whilst providing many options taking on board my particular circumstances. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2025

Fantastic customer service
