Blackwood is a small sub office, the girls are always polite, friendly and helpful. They suggest the best deals in which it place new money or transferred existing funds which is very useful. Whenever I’ve had occasion to have a meeting with staff in the main office they had gone out of their way to accommodate my request. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

I visited the above branch on 25/11 with my mum, who is the account holder, to try and reslove an issue where a cheque from my mums account, despoited had not been received. Alison and Anthony both went over and above to resolve the issue. Thanks to them. Reviewed on: 12th December 2025
