Modern Business Banking as it should be

Moving from HSBC to Monzo has been fantastic. Native integrations into Xero are great as a small business onwer, as is app-based access and Debit Cards for the whole team. I’ve switched to Monzo from Santander: no regrets!

I moved my business account to Monzo from Santander and I don’t look back! The app is extremely intuitive and lets me know how much I’ve spent, and also enables me to save for the future. My favourite feature is the automated Tax savings feature, so whenever an invoice is paid and the money hits my account, the account automatically moves 20% over to my Tax savings pot - so clever! Experience from a new UK resident.

I opened Monzo account a day after I arrived in the UK in February 2024. It was recommended to me by a friend. Since then. As a business account i have used it for all my daily business and household related expenses including sending money to Africa via a third party international exchange provider. Monzo business account is easy to open, provides friendly user interface, a high degree of owner’s trust by the provider. Monzo also provided me with prompt and excellent customer support to stop an ongoing unauthorised debits when I had a need of it. Monzo business account worked without hitches in my home country Nigeria throughout my stay on holiday. To put everything together: I have never had any issue whatsoever with my Monzo business account for the 11 months plus period I have been a customer. Monzo...the best solution for Entrepreneurs!

I have open a Monzo Business account because it was the most convenient on the market for my needs. The process to open it has been very quick and smooth. The services offers on the 0 expenses account is already astonishing and with a little fee monthly there are so many more features that makes an Entrepreneur's life and tasks much easier and quicker! I had to contact the customer service as well and the teams are always been super efficient, friendly and they solved my query at the first attempt. Moreover, with the savings pots option, you can even grow interests on what you have without any restriction of access to your money. I would definitely suggest Monzo Business to everyone, from solo-traders/self-emploeyd to bigger companies because of its impeccable efficiency! Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
