About this product

Monzo offer a free bank account for under 16s, with controls set by their parent or guardian.

Kids get their own neon card and can see their money in the Monzo app. Parents or Guardians can keep an eye on the account, set spending limits and schedule pocket money.

One of the best Under 16 Bank ACcounts.

One of the best banking app and best customer service. So glad that I was able to open my children under 16 bank account with Monzo. So easy to transfer money and also be able to see how they are using their account. A user friendly under 16 account! Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
