About this product

Monzo offer a free bank account for under 16s, with controls set by their parent or guardian.

Kids get their own neon card and can see their money in the Monzo app. Parents or Guardians can keep an eye on the account, set spending limits and schedule pocket money.

Kids cards are brilliant

My girls have had a Monzo for some time now, I can see everything they spend, manage their accounts from mine and family can easily send money via a link. There is no charge for a kids account and they get bright colourful cards that they love. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
