Customer centric approach to app evolution

Having been a customer since 2016, it’s been amazing to watch the app develop and continue to be the hub of ideas that all the other high street / fintechs are trying to copy. Never has user feedback been so centric to a banking product. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Mobile-only banking with intuitive interface

Monzo is my primary bank and have not missed the presence of a branch in the 5 years (or so) that I have been using the app. It has a very intuitive interface. It gives me confidence of being in control of my money and is therefore my preferred banking solution. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Complex Simplicity

Fab app banking

Easy, manipulative, accessible

Best bank in the UK

Easy banking, great user experience

It is rare to find a company so dedicated to simple easy to use online services. Monzo products are by far the best there are everything just works well and their marketing and listening to customer feedback to iterate and improve is very impressive. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
