no drama, straight forward and patient

Organising, spending and tracking expenditure is simply and clearly organised, and easy to use. When I've needed to speak to someone for more help or advice, they've been very patient, respectful and determined to solve the problem. Worst customer service around

I used monzo as my choice of personal bank for a long time before deciding otherwise. My wife joined monzo but they refused to give us a joint account, so we tried to reason with them to give us more information to help identify the reason why we were refused, but was always hit with a brick wall answer. We decided to close our accounts. Since then I tried to reopen my account, but they have blocked me to ever open an account again with no reason to hand on why. They are discriminative and customer service are not up together providing any form of response to your queries! I have asked my details to be removed from their systems, but doubt they have as they always seem to locate my account when I contact them again. Not a honest bank and are very non transparent with their process making it harder to take them as a serious banker. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

Monzo for the win!

I’ve been a Monzo customer for the past 5 years and switching to them was the best decision I made! Every customer service experience I’ve had has been friendly, helpful and polite. Amazing bank

I have been with monzo from when they first launched their current account as a beta, I truly like monzo bank it has helped me budget from day one, before using monzo I use to be bad with my finances and now as they expand their product offerings some of their products are really useful like their flex, and some of the features in the account like pots helps me save for rainy day funds, car funds, and lastly their customer service is top notch, if I have any issues, regardless if I'm in holiday or in workplace I send a message and their friendly customer service representative replies, it always gets resolved no matter what the query is.
