Simple easy banking l

Best Bank this Century

Monzo is everything I wished my mainstream bank would have been like. So easy to transfer money and also request it (or split a bill!). I love the idea of pots so I can save for individual items. A breath of fresh air

Having switched from a major high street bank in 2016, I’ve never looked back. Monzo’s customer service is fantastically quick to respond and resolve the only two queries I’ve had, and have done so outside of normal working hours. Fantastic customer interaction and feedback

Obviously the app is excellent, but it is also really cool that they have a public roadmap, and encourage user feedback on what to focus on next. I feel like Monzo is working hard to be the best bank by creating the best experience for their customers. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022
