I've been with Monzo since my first job and find the app very simple to navigate and I get my paychecks a day early at 4pm with Monzo which makes it even better while I have my pay my colleagues are with other banks they get paid day after me Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Absolutely perfect, every time I've needed to contact them (most recently to temporarily raise my transfer limit) it's been quick, easy, and friendly. Everything is done through the app - I have never spoken to a person on the phone, only through chat. Perfect. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Best bank ever

Having had a high street bank for many years. A friend recommended monzo! And i was blown away by how easy it was to use. All the features on the app are far superior than my previous bank. Better features than Starling Bank.

Monzo offers an early salary claim at 4PM before payments are due to come in from working. They also have a nice savings pot feature and great customer service via the live chat. Overall after using both banks for months I still prefer Monzo. I also have a business account with them both. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
