Monzo has got an excellent customer service I highly recommend. Messages , mails and calls are read and an ASAP response is gotten by customers. In terms of security, I guarantee you that a Monzo account is a secured and verified . I’ve been using the account for a year now and it’s been a beautiful experience. Monzo is a great banking company and I will never change over to a new account. They’re fair and always have helpful tips and ways they can help with financial situations.
