Best move I ever made

I switched my main account to Monzo after a year of having it as a second account to try it out. In the end, it became obvious that I was using Monzo more than the other accounts because it was easier to move money, customer service was better and there was no monthly fee. The obvious choice was to ditch my old current account with Natwest that I had been with for 28 years. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Fantastic new banking

Monzo has transformed the way I bank forever. Miles ahead of the competition and the best banking app experience I have ever had. The app brought to light holes in my savings and spend habits and I’ve gone from debt to house deposit in less than 3 years. I highly recommend Monzo. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Banking freedom

I feel like they’ve swung the balance back to the customer, rather than the bank being overbearingly in control of your current account. However paying in cash needs streamlining with higher limits. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
