I have recommended Monzo to everyone I know

Monzo is easy to use and in-the-moment informative. It is pain-free to send money to new payees and to request money from family members. It treats its customers like adults and is available on the chat function when it suits the customer rather than when it suits the bank. I will never return to a traditional bank now that I have discovered Monzo. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Great banking experience

Fantastic bank

Simple but innovative banking

Always reliable

Have been with Monzo for around 3/4 years. Never had a problem with them, always been a great bank to use and easy to move money and use all the pots. Haven’t had any experience with customer service so cannot comment on that aspect but everything else has been great. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
