Modern, flexible and easy-to-use banking

I switched fully to Monzo a couple of years ago as my old High St bank wasn't keeping up with the digital age, still charged for use abroad and required annoying keypads for security... Monzo solved all those problems whilst also making saving more productive, communicating properly and having a great diversity and accessibility ethos. Big fan! Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

A more accessible bank

Banking with Monzo gives me the means and tools to better manage my money, make transfers and be aware of my spending. You only have to look at what the "more established" banks are doing in response to know that they're doing something right. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Great customer service and innovative

Monzo is the best banking experience I've had. I admit that I was slightly wary of an app only bank but the customer service is brilliant responding really quickly and without needing to sit queueing on the phone. But it's the way they've led with being able to use the bank app to budget properly, categorise payments, create pots to save money and many other ideas. Other banks are starting to copy which shows how Monzo was leading the way. A very happy customer. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Best bank account there is

Best bank I've used. Ever

I think I've been with Monzo for over 3 years now and wouldn't look back, it's so simple to set-up and use. I personally love the cash pot system, where i can have multiple pots to save for, say, my daughter's birthday or a day out somewhere. I Love Monzo Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Best ever!!
