Excellent in every way.

Very easy to use the app. Clear and practical. I have had problems twice with payments (not caused by Monzo) and both times they were resolved within minutes with online customer service agent. Monzo is so unique! There is no hidden agenda or clauses... the money pots are ace, the benefits are great and the app gives you everything you need to manage all your finances. Cannot rate it high enough. I was with two “leading” banks previously - never again! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
