I have been with Monzo since 2016 and went full monzo in 2018 and have had no issues with customer service, the app or the process. Revamped my finances

I moved to Monzo and promptly got on top of my finances - the ability to see when things were going out and storing money (still in the account) separately from the main balanced completely changed the way I saw my money. I don't use the budgeting tools, but I find the instant notifications, ease of payments, and notes facilities to be essential now. I'm also a Premium subscriber and I love the way I can see my other accounts along with my Monzo money, and use virtual cards to protect me when making payments. 10/10 Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
