Monzo is very practical, even though it’s a virtual bank, customer service is available when required. Most functionalities are available on the standard account. It’s easy to use. A higher withdrawal amount when abroad would be great. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

I use them as my day to day account. I find it's better and easier than NatWest, Barclays or Nationwide for conducting transactions. I will switch to Monzo completely in the future once I am satisfied they won't abruptly freeze my account, some horror stories I previously read in the media. That's been the only thing that stopped me switching sooner. 5 people have opened accounts via my recommendation. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
