Good customer service

Very quick and thorough customer service. I had an issue with an airline agency because I couldn’t get a refund from them. After reporting it to them several times and declining it, I started a chargeback through MONZO and had incredible support and communication about my dispute. 10/10 would recommend to a friend Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Great bank, easy to use

The app is great, really easy to use and very intuitive. Customer service on the one occasion I’ve had to contact them have been brilliant. Really quick to come back to me and had all the right information. The features that monzo have to offer are just miles ahead of the competition, I’m very happy with the service. World Wide Banking

I have used Monzo all over the world but mainly in South Africa. I have never had a problem with payments and the notifications in the local currency and GBP are instantaneously displayed on my iPhone. Topping up Monzo from my other UK bank account is quick and easy. I have recommended Monzo to several of my friends who also travel the world for work and they all swear by Monzo. Who needs a High Street bank when you have Monzo - if you do have a problem they are only a phone call away. Monzo is a must for anyone who travels abroad. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
