Other banks should be embarressed by their services after seeing Monzo.

Monzo has completely turned my idea of banking on its head. They provide a product that I trust and is constantly improving. They listen to their customers and make the changes their customers want to see. They don't have to charge for services that should be free. Smashing on all fronts

Amazing UI, friendly adverts for loans etc (nothing too intrusive), super easy to use, love the colour of the card. Any issues I've had have been resolved in a matter of hours. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Monzo & Go!

I’ve had my account for nearly 2 years now from when I did the full switch and I’ve never looked back. Super easy to use, so many different quirks too! One major thing is being able to get your money early, the day before which has helped me out so much! Quick customer service and brilliant features which even help splitting the bill! Amazing bank

I’ve been helped so many times by the customer service staff with no questions asked. Amazing layout and way to use, users know customer service is 10/10 and makes banking significantly easier than other apps. What banks should have done years ago!

I love my Monzo card, yes most of the high street have finally clocked on and started to offer similar facilities but for me they were too slow, 3rd year with Monzo and no plans to change! :) Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Banking for global citizens

Monzo delivers by far the best banking experience that I have had so far. The app is well thought out and uses effective design to make *my* life efficient (as opposed to resemble some process that my bank has been using for ages, where the app came as an afterthought). Monzo shines through flexibility in how to open accounts, get replacement cards, and through many tiny features (like credit check notifications in the app). Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
