What all Banks should do

Other banks and credit cards have added in more features so try and catch up with Monzo but they are still the best in my view. I can do everything I need via the app and have much more confidence with managing my money. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Love Monzo

Being able to put money into lots helps with budgeting each month, plus notifications of transactions is great. Getting others to pay you is so easy and no need to give bank details with monzo me link. Virtual card payment online gives reassurance that payments are more secure. Customer service is always helpful. Plus I get interest on my balance which is more than a savings account. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Helpful and efficient

Monzo has helped me numerous times with overdraft/debt issues, they go above and beyond to make sure they are being helpful and efficient. I have never had any security issues for the 3 years I have used Monzo. The perks of travel are also unforgettable!! Having been with both Abbey National and HSBC, Monzo had proved to be the best British bank by a long shot. From the excellent app to the great customer service, in my eyes they have revolutionised banking. I have recommended them to many friends who still use them and as an Investor I believe they are worth their weight in gold. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
