Great and easy to use

So easy to setup and use. If there is a problem it can all be done over messages. Big bonus is getting paid a day early. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Other banks should be embarressed by their services after seeing Monzo.

Monzo has completely turned my idea of banking on its head. They provide a product that I trust and is constantly improving. They listen to their customers and make the changes their customers want to see. They don't have to charge for services that should be free. Smashing on all fronts

Amazing UI, friendly adverts for loans etc (nothing too intrusive), super easy to use, love the colour of the card. Any issues I've had have been resolved in a matter of hours. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Monzo & Go!

I’ve had my account for nearly 2 years now from when I did the full switch and I’ve never looked back. Super easy to use, so many different quirks too! One major thing is being able to get your money early, the day before which has helped me out so much! Quick customer service and brilliant features which even help splitting the bill! Highly recommended to all my friends and family. Bring back the incentive scheme! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Amazing bank

I’ve been helped so many times by the customer service staff with no questions asked. Amazing layout and way to use, users know customer service is 10/10 and makes banking significantly easier than other apps. What banks should have done years ago!

I love my Monzo card, yes most of the high street have finally clocked on and started to offer similar facilities but for me they were too slow, 3rd year with Monzo and no plans to change! :) Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
