Love thr interface!

I have been with Monzo for 2 years, i wasnt sure at first, but soon after creating the account i moved my current account ti monzo. Its th user interface and the customer service that makes it all worth it. All the best to Monzo, i hope it continues to grow. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Best online banking here

This is by far the best bank I've had. The quick customer service, friendly use interface, cheap abroad transfer, no hidden monthly commissions for whatever the other banks charge you for. It even works outside the UK which for me is important as I travel a lot. If I would still opt for a physical bank? No, not at all unless Monzo goes physical Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Modern platform, minimal hassle

Monzo is a progressive bank, one of the few fintech startups that went on to pioneer a much more modern way of banking. A nice-to-use, well-engineered, feature-rich app paired with good customer service replaces the need for physical branches and while the big banks have tried to play catch-up with the likes of Monzo - some being quite successful in the process - many still appear to be quite behind the times! I feel like Monzo's savings account offerings could be a little more competitive, but in the current climate I think that's barely worth mentioning.
