Bets bank

I've been with Monzo since they were still called Mondo. They're now my only bank - the product has continually improved and I've never had any serious issues. A far better customer experience using the app than other banking services I've used in the past. Customer support in the rare times I've need it has been helpful and friendly. Changed my spending habits

This banks strong point is the app, it’s feature rich and has meant that I’ve adopted better spending and saving habits. They’ve never let me down as a bank and I’ll continue to use them, only disadvantage is the lack of any branches but to be honest I use another bank for in person money deposits and then just transfer straight to my Monzo. Great modern bank

Fantastic service
