Monzo is a forward thinking bank. Always on the money with ideas that assist your every day needs in terms of what a bank should you offering credit scores in app, investments in app, budgeting in app, access to other bank details, in app, excellent customer service and I feel secure in knowing that my transactions are safe and their security systems alert work. A bank built for the modern age

Monzo is great. Definitely a bank build for modern life. Everything you need is in the app. Getting notifications for every change to your account, having the ability to sort your money into pots, being able to pay bills from the pots, automatic salary sorting! Monzo really has everything! The customer service is really good too, always quick to respond and really helpful. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Banking for the 21st century

Having a current account that is so app-centric has completely changed my banking experience. Instant payment notifications are great for direct debits, direct debit withdrawal predictions are so useful for making sure I have enough money in the account, moving money between higher interest accounts is easy and Monzo makes it very clear when I'm not getting the best out of my money. My experience with their customer support has been great, and they even cancelled my card and sent me a new one automatically once when it looked like I was in danger of being a victim of card fraud. Giving money some personality

Modern, easy, personalised

Amazing customer service - literally instant responses even at busy times which is honestly.. probably not a thing with a single other bank. Easy way of sorting finances and arranging budgets.
