Approachable, responsible and clear

I’ve been friends with Monzo for 5 years and they have been my sole banking provider for 80% of that time. I feel valued by Monzo on a personal level, have been to the Monzo office and have gladly encouraged many friends who’ve successfully joined Monzo. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Best bank by far

Monzo key focus is customers needs, not just profits. They put the building of the bank in the clients hands by letting us choose what we want from banking. It’s a breath of fresh air from the archaic high street banks. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Awesome

I love Monzo. It’s the way banks should be. I have total control over my money whether it be saving it in pots for various purposes or adjusting my overdraft. Their customer service is second to none and I can further personalise my experience with IFTTT. What could be better? Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Best bank I have ever used
