Changed my perception of banks

I trialled Monzo for 6-12 months and kept my "traditional" bank account through that period. I was so happy when I finally cut ties with traditional bank accounts. The customer service, the money management and the features to help understand where your money is and how you're spending it as well as the best ways to save it. I've never even considered going back to another traditional bank. And I tell everyone I know to join up. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Instant notifications of debits and credits, even Apple Pay / contactless payments. My old bank took days to show contactless payments debiting from live balance. Sending money to other banks accounts and Monzo users also a breeze. Slick app and pots saving ability is great for saving up. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Everything you need at Hand

It's what a modern bank should be. Efficient, transparent, and no surprises. The only missing point would be the human face-to-face element but their help & Support it pretty quick. Overall a very fresh and exciting banking experience. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
