Monzo are financial superheroes!

Back when overseas holidays were possible, I had my purse stolen and money withdrawn from two separate accounts. I went through two vastly different procedures in reporting the theft and getting the money back. In contrast to the terrible-big-bank (that shall remain nameless), Monzo was phenomenal; they were everything the terrible-big-bank weren't. They were speedy to respond, reassuring, and transparent about what I needed to do. And because Monzo have phone alerts about withdrawals I was quickly alerted to two failed attempts to withdraw money from my account. This speedily allowed me to freeze my account preventing the purse-snatchers from getting anymore of my cash (it was a real race against time!). If I'd been only with the terrible-big-bank it would have been ages before I'd discovered my missing purse. Aside from that, you've gotta love those techie features that make money management and paying pals a breeze. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Best money app for holidays

Love the monzo app easy to use you can just about use it anywhere in the world where the plqce has good wifi even exchanges the rates from the country you are in both in say euros and pounds for you so you dont have to take ages working out the exchange rate and it even shows you on the map where you purchased things would recommend it to anyone love it Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
