Monzo’s interface is SO easy to use it makes money management feel like a game - in a good way! I rarely have problems but if I ever have a question their customer service team responds promptly and helpfully. Could not recommend them more. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Monzo is easy flexible and keeps the customer in control of their own money- I don’t feel like I’m asking for my money or that I have to apologise for looking at the statement I just pop in move money around the pots I’ve created and done no fuss no palaver - thanks Monzo Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
