The most human bank you can imagine, despite no branches

I have been using Monzo for 3 years - since being away for a weekend with friends and seeing how easy it was to manage money. Despite having no branches I have always had really quick and helpful response from real people whenever I've needed it, including near midnight whilst abroad and having a card payment issue in an airport-bound taxi. 11/10, happily recommend. The best user experience

When I signed up for Monzo (or Mondo as it was known back then), there was nothing like it in terms of user experience and customer support. An A-Monz-ing bank

I love my Monzo account. I can keep track on my spending, and I save money easily with the roundup feature. Paying bills, transferring money etc is quick and simple. Oh, and the card is a boss colour too! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Premium bank for free

As a newcomer in this country I was struggling so much to open a bank account with one of the hogs street banks. It’s was just impossible, until I found you can open an account with an online bank. So I chose Monzo, I never regret my decision, you have everything what you can wish from a bank. We are together for three years beautiful years and I do not plan to change this. Great user experience

I have had nothing but good experience with Monzo. The app makes banking so easy, and I enjoy the categories which helps with my budgeting. My only slight complaint is that they dropped the interest rate on my ISA several times last year and I am now pretty much earning no interest. It would be great if they offered better ISA options and maybe even a credit card in future. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
