Monzo great customer service and easy to use app

I have used Monzo since they started pretty much and have always had amazing customer experience and support. The App is user friendly and they seem to be transparent and informative of any changes/updates overall happy customer. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Just superb

The App is so user friendly but the real stars are the staff. I had an issue with something I ordered on line and the staff at Monzo were so incredibly helpful even though it wasn't their responsibility to do so. Compare this to my high street bank (Clydesdale) and the difference is night & day. Superb all round. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Simply the best

I had banked with traditional high street banks for years with little issue but it didn’t feel like it was a service that suited my kind of work, my lifestyle or my needs perfectly. I didn’t hesitate for a second to transfer my current account to Monzo and I’ve never found managing finances and banking to be this easy and clear. The customer experience and connection feels much more genuine than with traditional alternatives. It’s not a bank pushing new technologies on to customers - it’s a bank using established and existing technologies to improve the experience. Special praise reserved for the app which is outstanding!
