Easy bank to deal with. Nothing hidden and brilliant customer service

Good service, very well put together app for managing your finances and easy to understand. Premium features seem more worth while than a high street bank as they focus on what people actually want and not just what they're able to get their hands on at the time. Monzo is literally amazing!

Everything you could want

Opened a Monzo to get the best exchange rates on holiday a few years ago, and since changed to using it full time. Has all the features you could ever want, the ability to get your pay packet a day early is a life saver, and the pots system is fantastic. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

I love Monzo

Honestly, I cannot imagine going back to a traditional bank having used Monzo for a couple of years. Everything from the early payments, instant spend notifications and budgeting tools - I'm not exaggerating when I say it's completely overhauled and improved my personal finances.
