Wonderful experience for everyday banking

I am very satisfied with Monzo’s service. Particularly how easy it is to use it. In other banks so many things require you to attend a branch, and Monzo was always able to resolve any queries by chat without much bureaucracy. Great and convenient way to track spending, share payments and more

I originally got a Monzo card to use abroad and ended up swithching all my day-to-day expenses to it because it's so easy to track, add notes, set budgets, have different savings pots etc. It's also great for splitting bills/sending or requesting money from friends and sharing costs e.g. when on holiday together. The support team are really nice as well. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

21st century banking

I love Monzo. You can see all your transactions, no “pending” like other banks. Every time you use monzo, you get a notification, so good for security. I know exactly what I’m spending and where. You can check the exact location of each transaction, which is also so good for security. The saving pots are so good, can divide money up, save, move it all around within your account. This makes saving so much easier! Forgot your pin? Reset through the app! Need to change your address? Change through the app! There’s none of this “you need to come to the bank” to change your details, Monzo is just one step ahead of every other bank. My friends all have monzo, so we (pre lockdown) could easily split bills when out for food or drinks. When on holiday we set up a monzo shared pot, then used that pot for spending abroad. The help department is excellent, any issue I’ve had has been resolved within the hour. Professional and friendly staff, available 24/7. I cant rate monzo highly enough, there’s no bank that even comes close to it. This sounds ridiculous but monzo has changed my life!! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
