Absolutely love it, my main bank now

Breath of fresh air

Just so much easier than dealing with a high street bank and their endless, complicated procedures and long queues for call centres. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Easy as opening a pint of lager.

Everything about this bank has been positive and I don't lavish praise easily. From account setup to using pots to earn interest. This bank does it all. I am able to easily send money to friends and family all within a few seconds. When I need to send money to my account it arrives early. When I've reached out to customer service I've always been treated professionally. All in all if you comfortable with technology than look no further. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Modern, user friendly, fast

Monzo is great, the app is extremely user friendly, the daily updates on total spend and all the other Alerts make managing money so easy. I also use a business account and love the tax pots. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Amazing, quick, efficient customer service

Everytime I've had an issue, I've jumped onto the Monzo chat one of the team have got back to me within minutes and ALWAYS dealt efficiently with my query/problem.
