Brilliant support when I needed it most

I've used many banks over the years but I can honestly say that Monzo really do meet my needs and have helped me whenever I've needed a helping hand. And they do it so HUMANLY too! Great online bank

Banking made fun

Monzo’s interface is SO easy to use it makes money management feel like a game - in a good way! I rarely have problems but if I ever have a question their customer service team responds promptly and helpfully. Could not recommend them more. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Cuts out the bureaucracy
