I love using the app, it's so simple and easy for everyday banking. The extra accounts are set up easily and money transferred instantly. I still have a high street bank but Monzo is what I use all the time. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

The most human bank you can imagine, despite no branches

I have been using Monzo for 3 years - since being away for a weekend with friends and seeing how easy it was to manage money. Despite having no branches I have always had really quick and helpful response from real people whenever I've needed it, including near midnight whilst abroad and having a card payment issue in an airport-bound taxi. 11/10, happily recommend. When I signed up for Monzo (or Mondo as it was known back then), there was nothing like it in terms of user experience and customer support. I still don't believe any other bank has yet reached the same consistent combination of excellent user experience and customer support. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
