Truly aims to do things differently

You have to be impressed by the determination to really make money work for everyone by doing things differently. You can see the values coming through in every aspect of Monzo - customer care and services, especially for vulnerable customers, product design and features which really put you in control and make your life easier, the passion of Monzonauts to get it right for customers - and each other. Monzo is the s**t

I have had monzo since 2018 and never looked back. I can transfer money so easily AND I could open a joint account with my boyfriend without entering into any scary contract that bound us together for eternity. There literally is no better bank. Only negative thing I have to say about them is I would quite like the option of a different coloured card. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Easily best bank in the UK
