Bank of the future

Seems clear to me that Monzo and other banks like it will replace the current system in the next few years. In my opinion Monzo is the most refined of these challenger banks too. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

How banks should be in this age

Monzo is still relatively new, and coming out with updates and features regularly. Due to this there Mary be some things that are not currently available that are a standard elsewhere (payM for example). However, they are transparent and open and it is a refreshing change to have a bank ask the community what they want, and then strive to make it happen where possible. I also think that it's thanks to these companies (Monzo, Sterling etc) that the banking industry is finally being dragged into the 21st century. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

What a bank should be!

Constantly innovating and bringing new ideas to an archaic industry. Barclays are currently advertising that you can freeze/un-freeze your lost debit card, through their app... Monzo had this feature YEARS ago. It does everything a 'traditional' bank does, and more! Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

Functions and convenience

I find mobile only banks to be more convenient in everyday use than conventional banks and having accounts an a few of those I find Monzo the most comfortable to use. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

Banking made modern

They make money management so much easier. Their summary feature, which tracks committed spend and remaining funds until next pay for day, makes things so simple. No more spreadsheets! If only they paid interest and took "pots" balance into account before applying overdraft charges (like Starling). Same goes for ATM fees abroad. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018
