Easy to apply.

Easy to apply. Easy to use and never had an issue with it. Always reliable and the app works perfectly. Love the feature to get paid one day early. I am a member since 2020 and I love it. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Everything works and works very well.

I have a paid account with a few perks.

I have a paid account with a few perks. Got the account for the app really, but over time there seem to be more good things being added. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

Help just a chat away

Whenever I have had a query about my account, I just put the query in the help section and I get a response sooner than I would have made a call to any other physical bank. They are very efficient and at the moment they have an excellent savings programme called 1p saving challenge. It is helping me save without a pinch. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

Poor support
