Monzo Makes Money Management Fun and Effortless

I really enjoy using Monzo’s Flex card—it offers great flexibility and control. The saving challenges are a fun and effective way to build better habits, and I love how easy it is to set up and manage a Cash ISA or explore investment opportunities directly in the app. It’s all incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, which makes managing my finances feel less like a chore. Still the best banks out there

Customer service was very good when I opened my account but recently the level of customer service isn’t the same. There doesn’t feel like the same warmth from Monzo. Still one of the best banks I have been with. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
