The. Best. Overdraft/Loan. Experience. Ever!

Already a fan of Monzo the experience from the angle of managing my overdraft and its usage, right down to the clarity of how its Loans are presented and booked into - it’s just second to none. Nothing is pushed on you and the terms are clear and fair. Moreover as a Premium user I love how my credit score shows up in the app - with a monthly update reminder that highlights the causes for any drop or increase. This is excellent and a great awareness grower for those using credit. In fact it has motivated me to stay out of my OD. Hats off Monzo! Reviewed on: 14th June 2021

I've been a customer for 8 years.

I've been a customer for 8 years. Fintech if the way forward GUI is the bees knees. Managing my spend across accounts, tracking my mortgage and pensions and ultimately ease of maintaining a budget are critical features that Monzo excels at. Then there's Greg at Monzo and the social media team who makes for great engagement and keeps me updated on developments. The deposit protection for up to £120k is peace of mind. All in one place. Almost perfect from a customer perspective

Great company, easy to use, awesome security features including pip up when you use on your phone. Quick response when you purchase. Great value for money when paying for Max. But crap that you can get a fee for withdrawing cash. Great account for online/card only. Reviewed on: 20th February 2026
