Versatile App

The app is so user friendly, vibrant & has many different options all on one page, making it easy to navigate what you're looking for. I love being able to create little pots for what I need, and having the round up option too! 10/10 for app compatibility Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Monzo - great tool

Monzo has been a great tool for me to manage my money and allows me to use pots to keep my money separate and manage my everyday spending and saving for specific goals. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Pots and money saving

Love the use of pots, taking out money without fees abroad, and high savings interest rates. Big fan this year of the 1p 365 days challenge too. Virtual cards are handy too, and I like being able to pay directly from pots. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Max Plan is great!

Been a customer for 3 years now and use the Max plan which is great for traveling with the travel insurance and fx free allowance. Having a joint account also works really well. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Keep up the good work :)

I have currently swapped to Monzo Max and I am over the moon. Amongst all the perks including insurance, breakdown cover our discounted lounge access - I get to enjoy a free sausage roll every week. In the last year's Monzo wrapped up I ended up in the top 10% of Greggs sausage roll buyers in my area, so... the switch was made without much consideration :) But jokes aside, I love the simplicity and convenience of the Monzo app which consolidates all my accounts into one place. Unfortunately, I am unable to comment on the costumer service part since I never needed to use it (a positive in itself), but as an avid Linked In scroller, I can imagine it is a pleasant encounter seeing other people speaking of them kindly.
