Easy to understand banking

I love being spoken to like a human being - it makes banking less scary. I love that I can use my monzo abroad without incurring fees and that I've got great little pots from round-ups and to keep me money safe! Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Brilliant bank

Have Monzo with Max upgrades - everything is very easy to understand and manage, even comes with fancy coloured cards (or even metal) which is a nice touch. Seems very secure also, never had any issues and their customer service is responsive and professional. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

I’ve been using a Monzo current account for a while...

I’ve been using a Monzo current account for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The sign-up process was incredibly smooth—just a few minutes on the app, a quick ID verification, and my account was ready to use. Within a couple of days, my bright coral Monzo debit card arrived, and I was good to go. One of my favorite features is the instant notifications. Every time I make a transaction, I get an immediate alert, which helps me stay on top of my spending. Plus, the ability to categorize expenses (like groceries, bills, or eating out) makes budgeting so much easier. I’ve even set up spending limits for different categories, which has helped me cut down on unnecessary purchases. Another highlight is the Savings Pots feature. I use it to put money aside for holidays, emergency funds, and even small treats. I really love Monzo.

I really love Monzo. It is reinvented how banking works and I feel like it’s a bank that works for me. As opposed to more traditional model wear, I am somewhat detached from my money I like the fact that they add features like Mortgage integrations, cashback, investments, spending reviews, and useful integration into my other account so I can manage my money effectively all from a single place Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
