The. Best. Overdraft/Loan. Experience. Ever!

Already a fan of Monzo the experience from the angle of managing my overdraft and its usage, right down to the clarity of how its Loans are presented and booked into - it’s just second to none. Nothing is pushed on you and the terms are clear and fair. Moreover as a Premium user I love how my credit score shows up in the app - with a monthly update reminder that highlights the causes for any drop or increase. This is excellent and a great awareness grower for those using credit. In fact it has motivated me to stay out of my OD. Hats off Monzo! Reviewed on: 14th June 2021

Monzo has been a great bank for me.

Monzo has been a great bank for me. I love the app, it is so easy to use and navigate, the perks are great and customer service when I need help was excellent. I would recommend Monzo to anyone. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Like your best friend

Monzo is a down-to-earth bank. It’s like your friend. Tells you when you need to top up your account because there is a direct debit (or other payment) due. It helps you save with little pots. I saved enough for Christmas last year and had some left! Exchange rates are always brilliant too. Can’t fault this bank personally Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

I've never had a problem Monzo

I've never had a problem with my in-app experience with Monzo. The only issue I've had is that sometimes my apple pay using monzo doesn't go through but my physical card always works in that case. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Monzo is the best bank I’ve ever used - amazing mobile app, intuitive, connected to credit cards and other banks, and amazing benefits as part of the paid plan such as better interest rates, custom categories, and other perks. Couldn’t recommend it any further! Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Easy to use, packed with features, great support

Easy to use, tons of features both out of the box and on their subscription plans. Looks great, adding/editing payees is seemless. Budgeting tools are the best I’ve seen. Savings pots are great too, the 1p challenge is a big plus Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
