I think Monzo are exemplary.

I think Monzo are exemplary. I use them for both my personal and business current accounts and the app is so easy to use. I never need to contact customer services as everything does just work as it should! I have heard negative things about their customer services but the 1 time I had to use it, they were quick and proactive to sort my issue. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

I have been with Monzo for two years and recently upgraded to perks and have loved it and had no issues. I have a lot of pots for different things and it helps me keep track. all pots also have interest on them you also make money. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

Head and shoulders above other banks

Been with them since day one and they've always been head and shoulders above other banks for ease of use and innovative ways to make their service more useful. The sharing pots, saving pots etc have all been game changing in groups of friends.
